What’s Included

Your ticket price generally includes 3 hours of unlimited bubbles, soft drink and juice, a cash bar for all other wine, beer, cider and spirit purchases, exclusive access to boutique stalls and pamper stations for the duration of the event, a minimum 2 hour high tea sitting with Chef’s selection of delicious treats & unlimited tea and coffee, access to water station, bomboniere to take home, a live musical performance and/or photo booth, and the chance to win a Best Dressed or Lucky Door prize!

Please note these inclusions may vary from venue to venue so please check out the details on the relevant Facebook Event Page. Some events may not have pamper stations as this is subject to local business participation. This is also the case for pop up stalls. We invite/encourage local businesses to exhibit. We will try our best to provide a variety of small businesses for you to shop at. Those venues with a higher ticket price are providing a 4 hour beverage package for guests.

Additional Information

Dietary requirements are catered for by the Venue and must be submitted on your booking form. Menu’s are subject to change and may not be available beforehand as each Venue’s Chef have their own high tea inclusions. Generally you will receive a small selection of savoury items such as ribbon sandwiches, accompanied by scones with jam and cream and a variety of sweet treats.

**As it is classed as an afternoon tea sitting, please make sure you have a light snack prior to the event.**

All events are paperless and no tickets are issued. Your name is placed on our Guest List. Check in procedures will be emailed to your booking person approx 1 week before the event.

Seating is in Tables of 8 or 10 dependent on the venue however all requests will try to be fulfilled. Venue capacities range from 80-150 seats with the average sitting catering for 100 guests.

Our stalls are local businesses that include selling handmade items, party plan as well as retailers and beauty salons. Once a stall holder is booked in, we will advertise them on our Event Facebook Page so you know what to expect.

There are no formalities at Girls Big Day Out, we want you to relax and enjoy! We will give you a heads up when high tea is about to be served and then at the close will announce any prize winners.
