Extraordinary Conditions – as at 23 March 2020, the Government has placed restrictions on events/venues in response to the spread of COVID-19 virus. Please note GBDO will work with the Venues for each event in accordance with the ever changing regulations. GBDO will adhere to Government guidelines on an event by event basis. At no time will we cancel an event unless the Government or the Venue requires us to do so. We will make a final decision 14-30 days prior to the event and confirm this with you via email.
Please note a sparkling high tea is served with bubbles, juice, soft drink, tea and coffee, unless otherwise specified – unfortunately other beverages cannot be substituted. At some venues we may have a cash bar for your other non high tea beverage purchases. This is subject to availability at each venue and will be stated on each event’s Facebook page.
Menu items are at the venue’s discretion and beyond our control. We will do our utmost to accommodate any dietary requirements by providing the venue with your needs at the time of booking.
Some venues may serve high tea as a buffet and some at your table, some have tiered stands and some have platters. Some venues will have a 3 hour beverage package and some will have 4 – this will be specified in your Event Details and reflected in your ticket price.

Prices are subject to change per event dependent on venue costs and inclusions.
Please note that table and venue decor is privately owned and needs to remain so. Should items be removed without consent, you may be liable for costs associated with replacing same.
Please read our Terms and Conditions prior to booking to ensure no misunderstanding. If booking for other guests make sure they are aware of them as well. Terms and Conditions include Government Restrictions (ie. tickets are non refundable unless otherwise advised).
GBDO are not fundraising events.
